Odeum is located in a former grain silo with a beautifully designed interior and relaxed outdoor seating area. Service is impeccable, and outstanding wine pairings recommended by a sommelier.
 
Rosy’s at the Beach is another downtown favorite, with delicious steaks and seafood. Like Odeum, Rosy’s also has outdoor seating and a curated list of excellent local wines. Kelly Brewing Company is a trendy spot for craft beers, boasting some of the Bay Area’s best IPAs, pilsners, and Belgian ales on draft. Coffee Guys is the best place to start your day, serving excellent espresso blends using Verve Coffee cultivated in nearby Santa Cruz.
 

Things to Do

Morgan Hill Mushroom Mardi Gras Festival is an annual community celebration with a mushroom burger cooking contest, wine tastings from the South Valley’s best premium wineries, and lots of live entertainment. You can also sample vintages from outstanding local wine producers at any time on the Santa Clara County Wine Trail. Pick up a wine passport to gain inclusive access to 34 tasting rooms and special trail day celebrations throughout the year.
 
Morgan Hill is located directly to the west of the sprawling 87,000-acre Henry W. Coe State Park. This stunning natural landscape covers a vast tract of the Diablo Mountain Range. Coe Park is the largest state park in Northern California and the second largest in the entire state. Coe Park’s rugged terrain takes in numerous creeks, ridges, and canyons. It’s teeming with native plants, mountain lines, and other wildlife.
Morgan Hill Farmers’ Market is held on Saturday mornings year-round in the parking lot outside the Morgan Hill train station. This lively market features dozens of vendors selling fresh seasonal produces, plus a kids’ craft zone and other special activities.
