Shante sold our house for us in Morgan Hill. We talked to several realtors before choosing Shante, all of them told us the price we wanted to ask for our house was too high, and that we should reduce the price before putting it on the market. They were concerned about accruing time on the market at the higher price, and looking weak if we reduced the price later. Shante came up with the idea of listing the house on Zillow at the price we wanted to test the market before going to MLS, where days-on-market is measured.
